This is a one day writing workshop for those who would like to develop their ability to write professional letters and emails to clients and colleagues.

Revisiting the rules of grammar for clear communication

Developing an appropriate letter writing style

Improving sentence construction and paragraph development

Developing effective, professional business letters

Understanding the principles of email

Improving your email etiquette

Principles of using emoticons, colloquial language and jargon

Communicate to others both in the workplace and externally.

Write effective, clear emails and letters

Convey your purpose concisely

Apply email etiquette when writing business emails

Avoid the email pitfalls that lead to misunderstanding

Make the most out of the email medium
