My boss is away so I do not exactly have approval to go but want to. Can I make a tentative booking and get back to you ? I'll be able to go, I just can't book it yet.

Can I just email a booking?

Please include your name, company name and email address along with the name and date of the course. You could then expect to get an invoice and event confirmation
back to you within two working days.
Can I just book online / fax or phone my booking in?
Yes! Yes! Yes! To do it online just go to the link on the course outline page.

What are the start and finish times for the programs
9:00 start (please arrive at 8:45
)
4:30 finish (sometimes slightly earlier)
Do we get breaks?
10:30 morning tea (twenty minutes with coffee, tea and something sweet)
12:30 to 1:30 lunch (up to an hour, either a two-course lunch or buffet)
3:00 afternoon tea (twenty minutes with coffee, tea and cake).
What if I have to leave early /
late?
If you plan on leaving a little bit early, please let your trainer know on the day.
Is there an early bird or super saver discount?
Yes,
it is only $440 including GST for a one day program. Or $880 for a two day
program.
What is the normal rate meant to be?
Normal rates are $495 or $990, respectively.
Are there any group discounts?
Yes! If you have three or more who would like to attend you can save even more. The early bird/group combined rates could be as little as $418.00 including GST for a one day program or $825 for a two day
program.
Do I have to pay now and/or before the program?
We are always willing to take your booking. Payment is not needed beforehand.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. When you are ready, please ring 1300 558 252 or fax 1300 558 173. We take all cards. You can also do this online if you haven't already got an invoice number. Let us know if you would like a receipt emailed over to you.
What are the cancellation policies?
It all depends on when you do it but we are pretty flexible. Please email sue@synergyplustraining.com
Can I send someone in my place if I am no longer able to attend?
Yes, please email sue@synergyplustraining.com telling us the new participant name.
How can I tell you about my special dietary needs?
Please email sue@synergyplustraining.com, telling us what they are, what you can't or can have and we will pass it on to the venue. We always cater for vegetarians.
Do I get lunch?
Yes
Do you want me to bring anything with me?
No,
we even supply your pen.
What materials will I receive as part of my registration?
The comprehensive workbook is yours to keep.
Can I "register" on the day?
Sorry, we do ask people to book ahead.
What should I wear?
It is up to you. Some people wear their office clothes but most like to take advantage of the more casual, fun and relaxed atmosphere on offer on the day. Some opt for jeans, shirt and the like.
Where am I going / Where am I going in the morning?
Please go to the events page then on to the venue page for the addresses. Maps await.
Do the venues have free parking?
Canberra has ample free parking.
